Understanding and Healing Nightmares Through Active Dreamwork

3-hour Zoom Program & Workshop

Presented by Linda Yael Schiller

Sunday January 12, 2025 from 1 to 4 pm EST

Cost: $85 per person

Nightmares can haunt our midnight hours and seep into our daytime consciousness as well if left unprocessed. This workshop will provide attendees with tools to process and heal from nightmares, and introduce the GAIA method, the Guided Active Imagination Approach designed by the instructor. This method is based on two pillars: 1.) Best practice phase-oriented trauma treatment for safety and grounding, and 2.) Jungian active imagination. This protocol optimizes resourcing and safety before entering the frightening dream images to resolve and heal.
