Everybody dreams and everybody has a story to tell. In this workshop, we will access the deep wisdom of the subconscious mind through dreams and active imagination to inspire our writing.  Participants will generate new work, explore the intersections between dreaming and writing, and learn to optimize creativity by understanding the brain chemistry of the dreaming mind

In this experiential workshop, participants will:

  • Learn how writing dreams down can unlock their messages, and how dreams can spark authentic and original creative writing.

  • Tap into dreams and the imagination to discover raw material for writing.

  • Learn how knowledge of the dreaming brain can help conquer writing blocks and supercharge creativity.

  • Share dreams and writing within a welcoming and supportive group structure.

This workshop is open to writers of all genres from casual-journal keepers to published authors, whether you remember your dreams or not.

You will be invoiced for the program fee through the Haden Institute.
